• Assuming the peer role in the treatment team on the acute ward for adults 3
• Collaboration in conducting a cross-ward recovery group
• Peer support within the framework of inpatient acute care
• Active participation in the existing peer team of the IPW
• Active involvement in the further development of peer work within the institution

Profile

• Completed EX-IN training
• Consultation and group leadership skills
• Openness and willingness to discuss
• Enjoyment of conceptual work
• Willingness to help shape innovative projects
