These are your tasks
- You take responsibility for the senior medical supervision of the daily medical team and ensure optimal care of emergency patients
- You actively engage in further education and teaching by passing on knowledge and experience to younger colleagues and supporting them in their professional development
- You work interdisciplinarily and interprofessionally by collaborating at the interfaces of the Clinical Emergency Medicine department with various professional groups to ensure comprehensive patient care
- You support the management team in implementing projects by contributing your expertise and helping to continuously improve processes in everyday emergency care
What you bring with you
- You hold the specialist title in General Internal Medicine as well as the interdisciplinary specialty title in Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR
- You bring desired skill certificates in POCUS (Point-of-Care Ultrasound) and abdominal sonography and ideally have a supervisor or tutor status
- You possess proven expertise in traumatological emergency medicine
- You have a broad clinical range of interests and are motivated to expand and strengthen the Clinical Emergency Medicine department
- You have a strong interest in the further education of assistant physicians by acting as a mentor and supporting them in their development
- You are an integrative, loyal, and team-oriented personality who values good teamwork to ensure the best possible patient care
