- Management of accounts payable and receivable accounting including reconciliation and account maintenance
- Maintenance of the general ledger and ensuring the correct posting of all business transactions
- Execution of dunning procedures and monitoring of open items
- Preparation of regular evaluations, reports and business analyses
- Responsibility for handling VAT returns in Switzerland
- Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to applicable standards
- Support in overarching finance and accounting topics as well as optimisation of existing processes
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in finance and accounting
- Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking as well as independent, reliable and structured working style
- Good English skills for communication with international contacts
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- At least 5 weeks of holiday

Profile
- Completed commercial basic training- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in finance and accounting
- Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
