Job Description
Job Mission
The Night Auditor ensures the reception and security of guests during the night while guaranteeing the smooth running of the reception. They ensure the quality of service and prepare the necessary elements for the smooth running of the following day’s activities.
Main Responsibilities
Reception and Customer Relations
- Welcome late arrivals and manage early departures.
- Provide courteous, discreet and personalised service.
- Respond to guest requests and handle complaints professionally.
- Ensure a guest experience that meets the establishment’s quality standards.
Reception Management
- Carry out check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure the transmission of important information to the day teams.
Security and Surveillance
- Ensure the safety of guests, staff and buildings.
- Conduct control rounds according to internal procedures.
- React effectively in case of emergency or incident.
- Check the proper functioning of equipment and report any faults.
Maintenance and Organisation
- Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.
- Prepare common areas for the start of the day.
