What is my role?

• Managing timber construction projects from the first customer contact through to quotations and acceptance

• Coordinating work preparation and material ordering

• Taking responsibility for own construction sites

• Quality assurance and compliance with all safety measures

• Keeping an eye on deadlines and costs

• Lending a hand on site if necessary

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a foreman with several years of AVOR experience or equivalent qualifications

• Independent, careful working style with a high sense of responsibility

• Expertise in timber construction

• Communicative and socially competent personality

• Motivation and team spirit to inspire others

• Initiative and enthusiasm for high-quality timber construction

• Willingness to work practically on site as well
