We employ around 130 employees in the business areas of research & development, sales, production, assembly, service, and support at our two locations in Murgenthal and Rothrist. Your area of responsibility
- Development and implementation of strategic and operational marketing activities
- Development of marketing concepts and campaigns for existing and new markets
- Planning, organizing, and participating in trade fairs and events at home and abroad
- Analysis of market trends, target groups, and competitors to optimize marketing measures
- Creation and maintenance of marketing materials, presentations, templates, brochures, and digital content
- Further development of internal marketing tools and materials (e.g., employer branding or internal communication)
Your profile
- Completed studies or completed vocational training with further education in marketing
- 3-5 years of professional experience in international B2B marketing, ideally in the rail sector or industry
- Enjoyment of a versatile, practical, and independent activity with interfaces to different company areas
- Experience in planning and organizing trade fairs and events
- Analytical thinking, organizational talent, and structured working method
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CMS, and graphic programs (e.g., Adobe InDesign)
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
