Site Manager 100% (m/f)
Location: Lausanne Region, Romandy, Switzerland
Your tasks
Prepare and organize the follow-up of various construction sites with stakeholders (cantonal and municipal authorities, property owners, etc.)
Collaborate closely with Business Managers and Site Managers
Organize and manage all trades (GC, cabling, fiber optic installation)
Ensure the implementation and compliance with current safety regulations
Reflect the values and DNA of the company
Your profile
You are customer and solution-oriented
You are reactive, autonomous, and available
You are comfortable with personnel management
You have a positive and proactive mindset
You are proficient with IT tools
You have training in the construction field (GC, building) or an equivalent qualification
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering in Switzerland. Knowledge in telecommunications is an asset
You speak fluent French (spoken and written). Knowledge of English and German is an asset
