Technical Documentation Creation Intern

About the job

As part of the structuring and updating of our technical documentation, we are looking for a technical documentation intern.

You will work in collaboration with the technical and commercial teams to formalise information intended for internal and/or external use by developing appropriate documentation (notably technical datasheets and product teasers), combining technical detail and clarity, with a commercial focus.

• Collect technical information from internal teams

• Understand products, systems or processes

• Write and format technical documentation (mainly technical datasheets and presentation slides), synthesise information

• Update and harmonise existing documentation

• Create or improve diagrams and illustrations, with a technical-commercial perspective

• Participate in structuring a homogeneous document database, compliant with the company’s quality standards.

Autonomous, organised, with analytical and synthesising skills, you are also proactive in successfully completing the tasks assigned to you.

You have good writing skills and are sensitive to the aspects of formatting and document aesthetics to produce complete and high-quality documents, yet accessible to a wide audience beyond the technical dimension of the role. Proficiency in IT tools (particularly the Microsoft Office suite) is essential for processing and formatting information.

You are a student in an engineering course, ideally with a focus on mechanical, mechatronics, electrotechnics, or following a technical-commercial curriculum, with an interest in technical subjects.
