- Strong intercultural skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Your Tasks
- Administrative support for social workers as well as taking on tasks in the periodic eligibility check for asylum social assistance
- Independent processing of the health administration of our clients, including contact with health insurance companies, doctors, and home care services
- First point of contact for personal and telephone inquiries from clients and third parties
- Responsibility for property management, including contract management, property and tenant support, financial management, and collaboration with service providers
- Contacts with social workers, clients, municipalities, and local authorities in connection with property management
Your Profile
- Commercial training, ideally supplemented with further education in the social insurance sector
- Professional experience in statutory social assistance and/or health insurance administration, as well as interest in migration issues, property management, and social and health matters
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and experience with electronic client files
- Intercultural competencies and enjoyment in working with people with a migration background
- Accurate, independent working style, assertiveness, and organizational skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills
