The Directorate of Nursing, Therapies and Social Work (Directorate PTS) employs around 1,100 staff from various professional groups.

Your tasks
- Development and implementation of nursing concepts in an interprofessional context
- Personnel management and development of around 170 employees and managers - recruitment, introduction and retention of new employees
- Ensuring high-quality nursing based on current best practice standards as well as recovery-oriented approaches
- Collaboration with dual medical and professional partners as well as active participation in the interprofessional treatment team at various locations in the canton of Zurich
- Responsible for the professional, structural and personnel management of nursing and social pedagogy as well as for personnel and material costs (including budget process)
- Implementation of the qualitative and quantitative training mandate in cooperation with the Competence Center Education
Your profile
- Completed training in nursing (FH/HF) with advanced qualification in management, leadership or health economics
- Business knowledge and experience in healthcare
- Several years of leadership experience in a demanding, complex organization with comprehensive personnel responsibility
- Proven experience in the development and implementation of nursing concepts
- Sound knowledge in coaching managers as well as in personnel development
- Enjoyment of intensive interprofessional collaboration
- Confidence in budget and resource responsibility as well as in quality and process management
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented and equipped with a high degree of social competence
- Experience in the care of children and adolescents
