Skills
- Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung und Mitarbeiterführung erforderlich.
- Positive, lösungsorientierte und integre Persönlichkeit notwendig.
- Flexibilität bezüglich der Präsenz in verschiedenen Kurszentren.

Deputy Head of School with School Development Tasks 50%
The home economics courses for the secondary schools of the Canton of Zurich are conducted by Strickhof. These three-week courses with boarding take place in various course centers in Switzerland.
As of September 1, 2025, or by agreement, we are looking for a committed personality for the school administration HWM in Affoltern am Albis as
Your main tasks:
- Support for the school management HWM in the areas of school development, personnel development, and organizational development
- Assumption of personnel management and related tasks
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating school development
- Documentation maintenance and quality assurance
- Assumption of leadership functions and responsibility in the absence of the school management
- If interested, there is the possibility to additionally take on a teaching load
Our expectations of you:
- Experience in process design and organizational development
- Experience in employee management
- Willingness to support the school management HWM regarding school development
- Assumption of administrative tasks of the school management HWM
- Positive, solution-oriented, and integral personality
- Flexibility regarding presence in the various course houses
- Teaching experience is an advantage
