The Goldau Nature and Animal Park annually delights around 450,000 visitors amidst an impressive rocky landscape and idyllic forests. On 42 hectares, around 100 European wild animal species live. Around 200 employees and many volunteers are passionately committed to nature and species conservation, education, and research – driving the sustainable goals of the scientifically managed park forward.
Your tasks
- Consulting and selling group tours as well as school tours and workshops
- Consulting and selling banquet offers, seminars, and other events in the restaurants Grüne Gans and BUBO as well as in the park
- Creating offers and responsibility for the entire confirmation process
- Internal coordination and planning with the sales, logistics, kitchen, and banquet management departments
- Planning, organizing, and implementing small to medium-sized events in the park
- Coordination and collaboration with suppliers, partners, and artists
- Post-processing of events and handling any complaints
- Participation in the conception and planning of the annual program
- Support in the digitization and implementation of the new banquet tool
- Full vacation coverage for the event management
Your profile
- Completed training in business, event management, or gastronomy
- Very good MS Office skills; ideally experience with ERP systems Proffix, E-Guma, and N-Tree
- Strong customer orientation and high service awareness
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Networked and cross-departmental thinking
- High organizational talent and structured working method
- Native German speaker, additional language skills are an advantage
