Your Tasks
- Comprehensive support of projects until handover in a turnkey condition
- Tendering, awarding, monitoring, billing/re-calculation of subcontractor services
- Management of construction projects, leading the planners and contractors involved in the construction
- Negotiations and awarding of partial services
- Comprehensive independent projects
Your Profile
- Experience in construction and project management in handling larger construction projects, professional and leadership experience
- Architect, university of applied sciences, construction draftsman with experience
- Leadership skills, team ability, and assertiveness
- Resilience and above-average commitment
