Your tasks

• You take over the holistic care and support of our clients in their familiar home environment
• You coordinate and organize holistic care
• You assess care needs and implement them competently
• You work closely with doctors and other professionals
• You ensure a high quality of care and service

What you bring

• Qualification as a Nursing Specialist HF or FH
