What is my role?

Our client requires support in the following areas:

• Performing cylindrical and surface grinding work on individual parts as well as small series in the µ range

• Independent development of grinding strategies and effective organisation of daily workflows

• Active participation in the optimisation of the cylindrical grinding department regarding quality and productivity

• Management and organisation of grinding materials and dressing tools

• Management and maintenance of measuring instruments and clamping devices

• Maintenance and servicing of machines

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a personality with the following qualifications:

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification

• Several years of practical experience with conventional cylindrical and surface grinding machines

• Independent, precise and quality-oriented working style

• Strong team and communication skills as well as high resilience

• Solid mechanical understanding and routine work in the µ range

• Strong social competence and hands-on mentality

• Pragmatic and goal-oriented approach

• High degree of personal responsibility and initiative

• Interest in and openness to new technologies
