Apprenticeship as FaBe EFZ - shortened training (2 years)
100% workload
You bring the following:
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and interest in their development
- Sense of responsibility, helpfulness, and flexibility
- Team spirit and willingness to reflect on yourself and your work
Additionally, you meet one of the following requirements for the shortened training:
- Vocational or specialized maturity in the social, health, or educational field
- Completion of secondary level II (e.g., EFZ or gymnasium Matura) and at least 1 year of work experience (at least 60% workload) in the field of care specialist 'FaBe'
- Without completion of secondary level II, you have at least 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year (60% workload) in the 'FaBe' field

- Perceiving needs and designing individual support – e.g., during eating, learning, personal care, or leisure time
- Mastering challenging situations professionally and empathetically

- Coordinating tasks within the team, taking responsibility, and finding solutions together
