Bid Writer (m/f/d) Corporate Accounts 80 - 100%
Location: Dietikon / Home Office
Your mission:
In this demanding and important role, you are responsible for bid writing and tender management in the Corporate Account. As a central hub, you coordinate, schedule, and manage the large tenders and successfully close them together with your contact groups.
What you can achieve with us:
- Internal management of the tender platforms
- Responsibility for bid writing (writing, managing, coordinating, keeping up to date)
- Reading tender documents, including taking over and coordinating tasks
- Active participation in large tenders
- Central interface to all involved departments
- Monitoring and adherence to time management
- Monitoring of tender progress
- Maintaining a controlling file
- Administrative and coordinative tasks
- Management of presentation documents (writing, managing, coordinating, keeping up to date)
- Deputy work in the Corporate Accounts Tender Management department
- Participation in customer implementations
Your achievements:
- Completed commercial training
- Strong organizational, coordinative, communicative, and analytical skills
- Digital affinity, strong in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Used to working efficiently and effectively in dynamic times
- Solution-, customer-, and service-oriented
- Native German speaker, French and English are an advantage
