In this versatile role, you are responsible for ensuring the flawless operation of the HVAC trades and buildings assigned to you.
Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for all building management systems
- Regulation and adjustment of HVAC systems
- Maintenance, servicing, and repairs of HVAC trades
- Inspections, troubleshooting, and fault correction
- Accompanying and supervising external companies
- Checking operating data and investigating possible weaknesses
- Participation in modifications of existing trades
- Acceptance and takeover of new trades
- Providing on-call service
Your profile:
- A recognized completed basic education EFZ in the HVAC field
- Knowledge in electrical, control, regulation technology, and automation is mandatory
- Holder of the connection permit Art. 15 NIV is an advantage
- Excellent customer interaction and all-rounder qualities
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Flexibility and resilience with good organizational skills
- Neat appearance and excellent manners
- Independent work, high degree of personal responsibility and commitment
- Willingness for on-call service
- Fluent German, good English skills
- Computer user skills
