Work Facilitator: Maintenance

Who are we?
We create living spaces for people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support affected individuals in leading a meaningful life for them.
At our locations in Münsterlingen, Tägerwilen, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld, Bürglen and Güttingen, we offer a variety of living and working opportunities. These include around 170 residential places – from intensive living to supported living – as well as diverse workplaces in the nursery, production, carpentry, maintenance, administration and various studios. Services are provided, orders from external companies are processed, and various in-house products are manufactured. This way, we create individual solutions for different life situations and needs.
The maintenance team is looking for a new team member as a work facilitator. The maintenance department mainly carries out orders for the Facility Management department and supports disability pensioners or patients from the psychiatric clinic in the work process.

- Handling of minor maintenance and repair orders
- Coordination and execution of transport orders and small relocations

- Individual guidance and support of people with impairments in the above-mentioned activities
- Documentation and annual reviews to promote the autonomy of employees with impairments
What distinguishes you for this role
- Training as a work facilitator FA – completed or ongoing
- Vocational training in a craft or technical field, e.g. as a logistician, facility manager or craftsman
- Experience with Microsoft Office and documentation systems
- Genuine interest and openness for this field of work
- Driving licence category B
