Are you looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic work environment? Would you like to take responsibility for coordinating and processing worldwide proxy voting instructions as well as AGM ticket orders?
Then our Proxy Voting International team looks forward to your application!
These are your tasks
- Processing of worldwide proxy voting instructions and AGM tickets
- Troubleshooting (e.g. late votings) and handling of special cases
- Responding to customer inquiries and customer-oriented consulting
- Coordination with custodians, proxy providers, and registrars
- Coordination and processing of disclosure requests (SRDII)
What you bring with you
- Ideally, initial professional experience in the financial sector or a corresponding education
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong service orientation and confident communication with customers, custodians, providers, and internal interfaces
- Structured, reliable working style and calmness even in stressful situations
- Willingness to take responsibility and to pitch in as part of a team
