Due to the retirement of our long-standing employee, we are looking for YOU - a Health Specialist EFZ (70 – 100% workload) who not only enjoys working with elderly people but is also willing to take on responsibility as a vocational trainer and accompany our apprentices on their path to becoming future professionals.
Your tasks in our family-run business…
You actively accompany, promote, and enable the apprentices on their way to becoming our future professionals.
With great joy and commitment, you shape the individual learning processes with us.
You are responsible for the optimal process of medical care (medication administration, wound care, doctor visits, care planning, etc.).
You accompany and care for our residents holistically.
You contribute to ensuring that everyone feels comfortable – residents as well as the team.
You get involved, think along, and actively help shape things.
Preferably, you bring the following…
You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
Ideally, you already have a vocational trainer qualification or are willing to complete this further training.
You are responsible and work reliably.
You have high professional and social competence and enjoy learning.
