Do you want to support people with disabilities in leading a self-determined life with the highest quality of life? Then we have something for you! For our two external living groups in the segment of increased independence, we are looking for a
Tasks
The tasks are as diverse as our residents. All tasks, assignments, and services are planned, defined, and executed together with them.
- You plan and accompany the development of the residents, design daily routines that promote independence
- You maintain trusting relationships, also with key persons, conduct conversations, and support in crisis situations
- You organize events, coordinate appointments, and occasionally take on transportation
- You document the development processes, dispense medications, and handle administrative tasks
Requirements
- Social Educator (HF/FH), Care Professional, Special Needs Caregiver, or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, you have experience in supporting people with disabilities
- You conduct conversations confidently, address conflicts actively, organize systematically, and take on responsibility gladly
