Your Team and Your Mission

Become part of a motivated and dynamic team characterized by its interdisciplinary approach. We come from various disciplines such as architecture, economics, and civil engineering, allowing us, together with our clients, to view the real estate world from new perspectives. 

You will have the opportunity to gain deep insights into the areas of Real Estate Consulting, Valuation, and Advisory, as well as to learn from and with us.

In close collaboration with the partners and your project team, you can contribute directly in the following areas:

• Real estate valuations and profitability calculations
• Support of real estate project developments and architectural competitions
• Location, market, and property analyses
• Research, on-site property assessments, and strategic concepts
• Participation in the professional development and optimization of software solutions

Additionally, you will support the team in project administration and coordination as well as in preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree from the 4th or 5th semester or Master's in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable discipline 
• Interest in economic issues, urban/project development, and sustainability topics
• Strong IT affinity with interest in Python (experience is an advantage) and willingness to contribute to the professional development of software solutions alongside analytical tasks
• Strategic and creative thinking with a flair for numbers and data
• Precise, structured, and independent working style
• Communicative skills with very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
