YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
If you enjoy working with and for people, then join our lively Shared Service Center team. Due to a succession arrangement, we are looking for a new team member.
You will support us in personnel and payroll administration. You will take on a defined part in maintaining personnel and payroll master data as well as processing sickness and accident daily allowances in the UKA. You will be our contact point for employees' questions regarding payroll and HR. You will record payroll changes, prepare reconciliations and comparisons for social insurances, and provide evaluations for financial accounting.
If you are not already, you will develop into an HR specialist and payroll expert.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- A completed commercial basic training would be an excellent foundation
- Further training as a payroll specialist or social insurance clerk is desirable
- You are extremely reliable and independent
- You work very precisely yet efficiently
- You are organised, embody a service mindset, and are a friendly and motivated personality
