Your Tasks and Perspectives
- First point of contact for our patients, visitors, external customers as well as employees
- Ensuring reliable customer service (counter service in shift work) and operating the telephone switchboard
- Administrative admission and processing of patient master data in SAP (outpatient and inpatient area including emergency department)
- Checking and clarifying insurance coverage including requesting deposit payments
- Various administrative tasks and processing incoming mail
What You Bring to This Position
- Completed commercial or medical basic training
- Solid, several years of professional experience or good knowledge in healthcare
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekend service (approx. 2x per month), fixed working days not possible
- Resilient and conscientious personality
- Precise and independent working style with high quality standards
- Team player with high commitment and flexibility
