To develop and strengthen our sales force in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated sales representative, available immediately or by agreement, to fill the position of Account Manager. Mainly: Account management, project research and client portfolio development. This role primarily involves inside sales, complemented by external sales activities.
This position is based at our offices in Tolochenaz.
Account Manager French-speaking Switzerland (100%)
Your challenge:
- Managing a client portfolio and developing new partnerships
- Building trusting relationships
- Responsibility for achieving assigned objectives and budgets
- Ensuring quality advice and support to resellers
- Providing precise follow-up of projects, from the quotation phase to delivery and any complaints, demonstrating a strong and personalised presence
- Coordinating projects with product managers and relevant manufacturers as well as with our internal sales, finance and logistics departments
- Applying the commercial strategy of our company
Your profile:
- Training in a commercial or technical field
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in the new technologies environment
- Solid experience in selling IT products and solutions as well as up-to-date technical knowledge
- Good knowledge of the B2B sales sector, distribution and office tools (Office)
- Native French speaker, knowledge of English and German required (B2 or higher)
- Personality with good communication skills with clients and manufacturers as well as analytical skills and strategic thinking with a customer focus
