• You ensure personal advice for basic products in the areas of numbers, saving, investing and provision
• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio in the private/retail customer segment
• You take on the committed role of host and act as a contact person for all concerns in the customer zone in the Interlaken region
• You accompany and support our customers in integrated self-service and in dealing with digital tools

• You have a commercial basic education in the banking sector
• You love direct customer contact and have good communication and presentation skills
• You bring a high service orientation with a courteous and winning manner
• You have a high degree of initiative as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• You are at home in the beautiful Bernese Oberland and are already well networked here
