Construction Manager:in, Building Construction, Junior Construction Manager:in / Trainee

Your Area of Responsibility

You independently manage construction projects of all kinds in the field of building construction regionally
Processes such as AVOR, site organisation, site management, cost monitoring and preparation of construction billing, customer care and advice
Processing of offers, ensuring contract management, execution of change order management
You lead and supervise employees and construction sites according to entrepreneurial principles
Ensuring and implementing regulations on occupational safety
Contact with authorities and suppliers, representing the company externally
Ensuring and implementing internal and external quality regulations

Your Profile

Certified Construction Manager, ideally with several years of experience in construction management / site management or in training for this (Certified Construction Manager HFP or Engineer FH)
Strong, resilient personality with professional competence and entrepreneurial thinking
Team player, creative, independent, communicative
Enjoyment of technical challenges, practical site experience desired
Ideally experience with MS Dynamics D365, SORBA
Knowledge in quality management / Swiss standards
You appreciate variety, independent work and enjoy your profession
You set high standards for yourself and your employees
Valid driving licence category B required
