Regional Construction Manager Structural Engineering

What you will achieve with us

Independent management of construction projects of various types in regional structural engineering
Responsibility for processes such as AVOR, site organisation, site management, cost monitoring, construction billing, customer care and consulting
Processing of offers, ensuring contract management and implementation of change order management
Leadership and support of employees and construction sites according to entrepreneurial principles
Ensuring and implementing occupational safety regulations
Contact with authorities and suppliers as well as representing the company externally
Ensuring and implementing internal and external quality regulations

What you bring with you

Certified construction manager, ideally with several years of experience in construction management or site management, or in training for this, for example certified construction manager HFP or FH engineer
Resilient personality with professional competence and entrepreneurial thinking
Team-oriented, creative, independent and communicative working style
Enjoyment of technical challenges as well as practical site experience is an advantage
Ideally experience with MS Dynamics D365 and SORBA
Knowledge in quality management as well as Swiss standards
Enjoyment of variety, independent work and the profession
High standards for yourself and your employees
Valid driving licence category B
