Are product development and its impact on business results your passion? Are you interested in the future development of payments? Then our Product Management team wants to hear from you!
We are an ambitious, dynamic team responsible for developing various solutions for the Swiss financial centre. As a Product Manager, you are part of the Product Management for the SIC payment platform and ensure that our systems are always available for banks in Switzerland and efficiently process millions of transactions every day. In an interdisciplinary team and in interaction with internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to Switzerland having globally leading solutions in payment processing and advancing significantly towards "instant payments" in a contemporary manner.
These are your tasks
- You move within the banking community, develop viable solutions with internal departments or in working groups, and clearly communicate your own positions.
- Design of functions as well as further development of existing solutions.
- Creation of business concepts for strategic product development.
- Support of IT teams in the development and implementation phase of products and product extensions in the role of Product Manager.
- Preparation of decision-making bases regarding product developments for working groups.
This is what you bring
- Strong conceptual ability and enjoyment in communicating designed solutions as well as driving implementation forward.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the talent to build consensus regarding solutions.
- Good stakeholder management skills to promote collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the field of digital payment solutions; preferably as a Product Manager is an advantage.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written. French skills are an advantage.
