About the job
You are the central contact person for building projects – advising, reviewing, coordinating, and confidently accompanying projects through to successful completion.
Your tasks
- You advise property owners as well as architects on planning, building law, and architectural matters.
- In doing so, you coordinate and conduct building permit procedures, professionally review and assess building applications, and prepare the corresponding proposals for the city council.
- Additionally, you carry out building inspections and approvals, ensuring the legally compliant implementation of construction projects.
Your profile
- You have training in architecture, civil engineering, or structural engineering (university of applied sciences, advanced technical college, or equivalent). Ideally, you have completed the construction module at HSLU or are motivated to attend this course.
- You are interested in planning and building law and work independently, in a structured manner, and customer-oriented.
- A confident manner, teamwork skills, quick comprehension, as well as very good oral and written German skills characterise you.
- Furthermore, you are digitally proficient and impress with organisational talent, initiative, and a high level of resilience.
