We work according to the latest findings on accompanying people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. We do not care, we accompany. We do not decide, we develop together. Participation is a priority, new paths are tried out. Your own development is guaranteed.

Being strong also means accepting help

Our work is demanding: physically, mentally, emotionally. That’s why we offer you up to six hours of free, anonymous counseling at Crisis Intervention Switzerland per year. Whether professionally or privately, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Whether apprenticeship, CAS or another further education: With us you get budget, time and support for your development. And at the end, it’s celebrated; with your team and small surprises.

Planning with common sense

With us, duty planning is not done without you. Your team leader actively involves you, listens, and takes your needs into account as far as possible.

Whether you are more of a coffee type, an apple fan, or just like to sip water, we make sure you are taken care of in everyday life. Of course, free of charge.
