Your role at Globalance

You support the Investment Center at the interface of technology and investments. You analyse existing processes, automate them with smart tools and transfer workflows into AI-supported solutions – from idea to implementation. In doing so, you rethink processes not only digitally but from the ground up.

You work closely with the Investment Center, Marketing and the COO Office. With a lot of initiative, you bring the experience from your studies together with your technological understanding and interest in automation and AI tools.

Your environment

You are part of the motivated Investment Center (Portfolio Management, Investment Selection, Investment Communication) and work closely with the COO Office (data specialists, IT) and Marketing.

Your role in four sentences

• Project support: Support the Investment Center and other departments in ongoing projects – at the interface of technology and investments.
• Process automation: Analyse existing Investment Center processes and automate them with smart tools – less routine, more impact.
• AI integration: Transfer workflows into AI-supported processes – from idea to implementation with modern LLM tools.
• Redesign of processes: Not only digitise processes but rethink and set them up more efficiently from the ground up.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Initiative, structured thinking and the ability to work independently
• Ongoing studies preferably in business informatics, computer science, business or a related field
• Strong technological understanding; ability to efficiently optimise processes using tools and code; proficient in quantitative analysis.
• Interest in AI applications and automation (e.g. PowerAutomate, Python, APIs, LLM tools, no-code/low-code)
• Basic knowledge in the field of investments or the motivation to build it up
• Very good German and good English skills
