You not only know SAP HCM – you live it. When it comes to digitally mapping and optimizing HR processes,
you are the central force. As an SAP specialist in HCM, you ensure that our SAP system is reliable, efficient, and always up to date.

- Knowledge transfer: You train and educate HR employees in using SAP HR.
- Optimization: You analyze and improve SAP HR as well as connected subsystems, including customizing.
- Operational reliability: You ensure stable system operation through support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of interfaces.
- Project work: You actively support releases, tests, projects, and system upgrades.
- Support: You take on 1st and 2nd level support in the SAP HR environment.
- Teamwork: You work closely with HR, IT, and external partners.
- Future perspective: You contribute to an exciting project roadmap in the HR field.
Your profile - what you bring:
- SAP expertise: You have solid experience in SAP HCM, ideally in several modules such as PA, OM, PY, and PT.
- Education: You have a completed degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Technical understanding: You quickly recognize technical relationships in the system and have a good technical understanding.
- Work style: You work in a structured manner, document clearly, and always think solution-oriented.
- HR know-how: You know the requirements in the HR field – from time tracking to payroll.
- Language skills: You communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written.
- English: You have negotiation-level English skills.
- Project management: You have already gained experience in managing projects.
What you can look forward to:
- Stability: You work with a stable SAP system that is continuously being developed.
- Focus: You can concentrate on professional depth instead of constantly switching between projects.
- Communication: You benefit from short paths, clear contacts, and a collegial atmosphere.
- Flexibility: You use flexible working hours, home office options, and modern tools for your daily work.
- Appreciation: You develop professionally and are truly valued for your expertise.
- Benefits: You benefit from above-average attractive employee discounts and other perks.
- Stress-free commute: A free parking space is available to you directly, so you can start your workday relaxed.
- Enough recovery: With five weeks of vacation, you have enough time to recharge your batteries.
- Health focus: We contribute 300 francs annually to your health insurance and support you through our corporate health management for your well-being at work.
