We advise them strategically and holistically, taking into account their exciting and individual needs. Your tasks
- Comprehensive support of our Relationship Managers in acquisition, individual care, and daily business
- Participation in customer appointments including preparation and follow-up as well as onboarding of customer relationships
- Responsibility for telephone customer contact in advising on banking services and handling various administrative tasks
- Preparation and coordination of financing requests
- Creation of presentations, offers, and asset concepts
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education/training
- Experience (at least 2 years) as an assistant in the private banking environment
- Good knowledge of financing and/or investments
- Enjoyment of customer contact and willingness to go the extra mile
- Your working style is reliable, precise, and proactive
- You score with your communicative, solution-oriented, and thoughtful manner
