- Operating, setting up and monitoring production equipment to ensure a smooth process.
- Careful filling and packaging of products according to specified standards.
- Ensuring product quality through regular checks.
- Responsible cleaning of production equipment and the work environment to comply with hygiene regulations.
- Complete documentation of production processes for optimal traceability.
- Experience in production is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good German skills for secure communication within the team.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, ideally with own car.
- Resilience, flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Independent and reliable working style with a high quality awareness.
