- Professional responsibility for the further development, maintenance, and optimization of the RELEX system
- Configuration of business logics, user rights, and rules
- Testing, migration, and coordination of system adjustments with internal departments and external partners
- First-level support for all RELEX users
- Identification of training needs and conducting training sessions
- Analysis of data deviations and development of optimization proposals
- Close collaboration with Category Management and all departments within the Supply Chain
- Creation and management of relevant reports and KPI overviews
- Participation in strategic projects for process and system optimization
This is what you bring
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or comparable
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Forecasting – ideally with system responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of RELEX or comparable forecasting and replenishment systems
- Experience with analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau
- Very good German and English skills
- Analytical and conceptual strength as well as communication security at all levels
- Basic understanding of data structures and cloud-based IT systems
