Here is what you will do
- Project development and technical implementation in the field of steep roofs
- Accompany and coordinate projects from A to Z and be the contact person for construction management, clients, and employees
- Project support from consulting, cost calculation, survey to execution, final inspection, and billing
- Coordination of resources, personnel, and suppliers
- Schedule, quality, and budget control
These are your skills and strengths
- A basic training as a roofer or tinsmith or comparable qualifications
- Further training as a construction supervisor building envelope, group/object leader Polybau or similar further training
- Solid knowledge in calculation and project development
- Negotiation skills and a solution-oriented, team-capable personality
- A cooperative and communicative demeanor towards customers, partners, and authorities
