Job Description

• Apply plaster to the external facades of buildings
• Carry out internal and external insulation work of acoustic, thermal, fireproofing, and moisture protection types
• Install suspended ceilings or lowered ceilings made of plasterboard, smooth or decorated gypsum boards, metal sheets of various shapes, mineral fibre, etc.
• Assemble partition walls, for example with solid gypsum boards, with framing insulation and plasterboard sheets
• Execute and apply stuccoes that decorate walls and ceilings: cornices, columns, rosettes, capitals and more, in new buildings and old properties to be restored
• Lay dry and self-levelling screeds
• Create technical floors, i.e. raised floors to allow the passage of various pipes underneath
• Use various tools such as trowel, pointing trowel, float, small float, level, straightedge, electric screwdrivers, drills and various other equipment
