The Investment Administration team is responsible for processing all securities transactions (post-trade processing). With us, you can expect extremely varied and responsible tasks in investment administration for insurance companies of the Swiss Life Group, for Swiss Life investment funds as well as for the Swiss Life investment foundation.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for employees (m/f) with the following tasks:

The role

• Has practical knowledge and experience in data processing
• Instructing and monitoring trade settlements in cooperation with brokers and custodian banks
• Comprehensive support of portfolio management in the processing of securities and FX transactions
• Reconciliation of securities and collateral holdings including holdings of the custodian bank
• Processing transactions in the investment management system SimCorp Dimension
• Proactive collaboration with various internal departments such as portfolio management, order desk, and investment controlling

Expertise

• Strong interest in the field of "settlement in the securities area"
• Precise, proactive, and efficient working style
• Initiative, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German and English skills
• Enjoyment in contact with internal and external specialists
• Good knowledge and experience in the use of MS Excel
• Advanced data processing skills are an advantage
