Your Task
- Setting up and preparing the specialised production equipment for smooth operation
- Meticulous preparation of the required tools, including minor maintenance work, to ensure high equipment availability
- Continuous monitoring and assurance of quality standards, active participation in process optimisation
- Support in fault analysis and creative contribution to efficient solutions
- Assistance in assembly in mechanical engineering
- Conscientious handover of workstations after production completion
- Performing skillful programming adjustments and precise corrections on the equipment
- Technical basic training is a great advantage (polymechanic, automotive mechanic, mechanical practitioner or production mechanic)
- Practical experience in setting up and operating production equipment is an advantage
- Initial professional experience in assembly or willingness to learn
- Reliable and committed working style with enthusiasm for new challenges
- Fluent German skills for lively communication within the team
- Robust physical condition, as the activity can be physically demanding at times
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift or day work) / flexibility regarding working hours
