With an engineering degree (computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain) and significant experience (minimum 5 years) in IT project management, ideally in the industrial sector, logistics/supply chain, aerospace, automotive, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc., you have proven skills in managing transformative and cross-functional projects, with a strong user dimension.

As a logistics digital transformation project manager, you are responsible for the operational management of projects for the evolution and optimization of logistics processes through the implementation of adapted digital solutions. You analyze business needs and translate them into precise functional and technical specifications and
- identify, mobilize, unite, and coordinate all stakeholders: production, master data management, IT, Product Owners, application support, and field users;
- determine the associated IT systems (automatic stock control software, etc.) and their deployment/migration: types, ERP, L.E.S. (Logistic Execution System), WMS (Warehouse Management System, SAP, Reflex, Phi-Data, etc.), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), … ;
- define, structure, and arbitrate related projects linked to logistics digital transformation;
- plan and lead follow-up meetings, project steering committees, technical committees, and management committees.
- ensure proper adoption of new tools and functionalities by ensuring good communication with the various stakeholders;
- collaborate with technical referents, request their expertise, and guarantee service continuity on the ground via the application support team;
- define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of the transformations undertaken and ensure the solution's adoption by the teams;
- propose evolutions, innovations, and digital tools that can contribute to the logistics ambitions of the service.
