• Care, support and advice for our tenants at home as well as our deaconesses in the Quelle
• Conducting needs assessments and case management
• Ensuring the care process with appropriate documentation
• Accurate recording of service data
• Collaboration with relatives, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and other specialist agencies

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse DN II/HF/FH
• High social, methodological and professional competence
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Up-to-date IT skills (MS Office, Carecoach)
• Independent and responsible way of working

Residence Neumünster Park is an operation of the Diakoniewerk Neumünster Foundation – Swiss Nursing School / Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg, which covers the care and support of tenants in over 80 apartments on the premises, facility management as well as the gardening. It is also responsible for the care of the deaconesses in the Diakonissen-Schwesternschaft Neumünster.
