Corporate Partnerships Manager with a focus on Acquisition & Networking (m/f/d) 80-100% at the locations Zurich / Hamburg / Berlin / Reutlingen / Cologne or Vienna
Your tasks:
- You actively acquire new corporate partners and develop new business opportunities in defined target industries
- You build a strong network and continuously develop it further
- You independently manage your industries – from planning to implementing your acquisition strategy
- You manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to contract conclusion
- You plan and implement sales and acquisition measures purposefully and within budget
- You represent myclimate at industry and networking events and generate new leads
- You manage your customers and partnerships long-term and develop them further
- You analyze market, industry, and competition trends and derive concrete measures
- You work closely with internal interfaces and ensure professional order processing
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training or hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales with proven sales success
- You want to make a real impact in climate protection with your work
- You actively approach new customers and feel comfortable in outgoing sales
- You are confident in complex sales processes and enjoy working with major customers
- You think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and keep your goals in mind
- You are strong in networking and use existing contacts purposefully for business development
- You work structured, organized, and consistently document your sales activities
- You communicate convincingly and negotiate confidently at various levels
- You are resilient, flexible, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- You appear authentic and are enthusiastic about sustainability and climate protection
- You are familiar with CRM systems and common sales tools
- You speak fluent German
