- Organization and coordination of service, repair, and field service deployments
- Appointment scheduling with customers
- Planning efficient routes for our service and field staff
- Support in following up on offers and initial contact in acquisition
- Interface between customers and service team
- Support of order processing and maintenance contract management Requirements
- Commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience
- Native German speaker with very good French skills
- Confident written and oral expression
- Enjoyment of customer contact
