Your tasks

Supporting the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) in operationalising the digitalisation strategy as well as in developing, prioritising and managing the transformation portfolio

Initiating and leading strategic and cross-departmental digitalisation and transformation projects

Identifying and evaluating innovation and digitalisation potentials along the patient, customer and employee journey as well as the supporting processes

Analysing and optimising existing business processes, identifying media discontinuities and efficiency potentials, and developing future-oriented target processes

Developing business cases, decision bases and implementation concepts for digitalisation and transformation initiatives

Defining professional requirements for digital solutions, data platforms, interfaces and information flows

Supporting the planning and implementation of change management measures as well as communication activities to promote acceptance of new working methods and technologies

Observing and evaluating technological developments in the areas of digitalisation, data, AI, automation, robotics and healthcare innovation

Your profile

Higher education (university/fachhochschule) or equivalent experience in medical informatics, business informatics or business engineering

Further training in project management, change management or digital transformation

Several years of experience in digitalisation and transformation projects in healthcare

Experience in business analysis (structuring requirements, benefits/effort/risks)

Excellent moderation and communication skills

Ability to work in complex stakeholder structures

Analytical and conceptual strength

Enthusiasm for change and innovation
