Your Tasks
Together with your team colleagues, you help ensure a high standard of care and support quality for our residents. Your respectful interaction with people, your team spirit, and your motivated and cheerful nature distinguish you. You do not perform night shifts.
Your Profile
- Training at the assistant level (Assistant in Health/Social Care, Nursing Assistant FA, SRK course)
- At least 2 years of experience in long-term care
- Good German language skills
- Conscientious work ethic
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
