Two Social Workers at 60-80%

The CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey is looking, for the Coteaux du soleil site, for two:

Your Mission

• Analyse requests, assess entitlement to financial benefits and ensure follow-up in compliance with the applicable legal framework,

• Support individuals in the development and implementation of a social and/or professional reintegration project,

• Actively collaborate with various institutional partners (CII),

• Note: one of the two positions includes a specific role as a resource person for the social assistance management software (AVENTIS), representing approximately 20% of the activity rate.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalent training,
• Practical experience in social services, ideally in CMS,
• Knowledge of the Valais socio-health network,
• Good synthesis and decision-making skills,
• Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
