What is my role?

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

• You ensure that everything in steel and metal construction is properly installed and that it also makes economic sense

• You lead a small but fine assembly team (2-3 people) and keep the operation on track

• On site, you are the contact person for customers - questions,

• wishes or small moments of panic? You have it under control

• You keep an eye on quality and intervene before a "that'll do" becomes a problem

What do I need to be successful?

What you should bring (aka your solid foundation):

• You have training in metal construction or have already gained considerable experience in the assembly of steel and metal components

• Initial leadership experience is a plus. You don’t have to be a general, but you can set the tone

• You are a team player with clear communication and keep an overview even when things get hectic

• Driving licence category B, so you can get around not only on the construction site
