Team Leader Mechanical Manufacturing 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Personnel and professional leadership of a team of employees in the field of Mechanical Manufacturing

• Ensuring the availability of mechanically manufactured components and assemblies

• Optimisation of productivity, machine utilisation and continuous improvement processes

• Close collaboration with R&D in the production of bending bearings as well as support in R&D projects

• Participation in quality cases and industrialisation processes

• Support of Lean Management initiatives (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, CIP)

• Hands-on support in production when needed

• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements as well as budget targets

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic

• Further qualification in mechanical engineering, production technology or another relevant field

• Very good professional knowledge in polymechanics (turning, milling, eroding), CNC machining and machine understanding

• Ability to lead teams in changing and complex situations, with a balance of assertiveness and team orientation

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work practically oneself

• Very good German skills and good English skills
