Your Tasks
We conduct clinical studies in the fields of radio-oncology, oncology, and imaging. As one of the few centres in Europe, we are a member of the North American study network NRG-Oncology. Other specialities of our centre include the nationwide leading position in Switzerland in the combination of radiotherapy and deep hyperthermia as well as clinical research in the field of stereotaxy / radiosurgery. We conduct studies initiated by national or international study organisations, university clinics, or by ourselves.
As a member of our study team consisting of study coordinators as well as physicians, you have the following tasks.
- Planning and conducting research projects and clinical studies (monocentric, national and international) in accordance with the Human Research Act (HFG), Data Protection Act, and international guidelines such as ICH E6 GCP in our department.
- Co-responsibility for achieving high-quality valid data quality
- Implementation of quality management in clinical studies initiated by us (monitoring, data clearing)
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of reporting obligations externally to authorities and ethics committees, sponsors, and research centres
- Collaboration in the REDCap Office to ensure the secure and efficient operation of our REDCap platform and advising researchers at KSA on electronic data capture.
Your Profile
- Completed training in healthcare or a scientific bachelor’s degree
- Strong team skills
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Precise working method and organisational skills
- High affinity for digital applications
Advantageous are:
- Professional experience in clinical research
- Completion of CAS/DAS Clinical Research
- Knowledge of data protection and secure processing of sensitive (especially personal and health-related) data
- Experience in the development and management of REDCap projects
